Established since 1994 Delta Plastics Ltd specialises in the design and manufacture of thermoplastic extruded products, although the company manufacture a number of stock items we predominantly produce custom designed extrusions for our client’s individual requirements.

Based in Wolverhampton in the heart of the West Midlands Delta Plastics started out as part of the RA International Group with three extrusion lines producing glazing gaskets and small rigid profile extrusions in a 6500sqft factory. In 2000 Delta moved to its current 11000sqft factory at Bilston.
The company now operates seven extrusion lines and was acquired in 2004 by the current Director shareholders Bill Thorpe and Rob Thorpe.
At Delta Plastics we commit to providing our customers with the best possible level of service and professionalism, Whether it is a small rubber gasket, large rigid profile or an intricate co-extrusion our aim is to produce a quality product “on time every time”.
Also available is a secondary operation service whereby products that need to be Welded, Punched or Cut to a tight tolerance can be finished to specific requirements.
