The Rubber & Flexible Plastic Extrusions that we produce at Delta cover a vast array of shapes, sizes and colours to meet our clients specifications. All products are produced using UK prime raw materials such as UPVC, ABS and Polypropylene
material specifications
There are a large number of "Flexibles" to choose from, the two main categories are PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) These materials are produced in ranges of hardness from a very soft '28 shoreA' to a semi rigid '90 shoreA hardness' and can be produced in a transparent or a coloured compound depending on specification needed.
