the enquiryTell us your requirements either by email, fax or give a call and we can arrange a visit from one of our representatives. quotationOnce we have an idea of the product required, we submit a quotation using our tried and test costing system that goes into great detail to give an accurate up to date competitive price and lead times.cad designOnce the costing is accepted we use CAD to produce a drawing from the clients sample, sketch or drawing, Our drawing is then submitted back to the client for approval.tooling and developmentThe next stage is to produce a tool and plan it in for tooling trials; this development time can vary depending on the complexity of the tooling required. sample approvalOnce we are happy that the profile is to drawing specification then we submit a sample for approval.productionAfter the sample has been approved, the product is planned in for production.inspection and dispatchAll production runs are quality checked to ISO9001 accreditation, then packaged accordingly and delivered to the required location.

Our decision to invest in such a large machine is due to a joint venture project that we are hoping to launch in August/September this year, Also this now paves the way for us to extrude much larger Rigid extrusions up to 500mm in width.
